LAST WILL OF CATHERINE SMITH Died 1893
This is the last Will and Testament of me Catherine Smith of 32 Cecil Road, Seaforth in the County of Lancaster Widow. I direct the payment of my just debts funeral and testamentary expenses as soon as convenient after my decease And subject thereto I give devise and bequeath all my real and personal estate whatsoever and wheresoever unto my Son Edward John Smith his heirs executors administrators and assigns to and for his and their own absolute use and benefit And I appoint my said Son Edward John Smith sole Executor of this my Will and give and bequeath to him all estates vested in me as Trustee or Mortgagee subject nevertheless to the trusts and equities affecting the same respectively. I revoke all former Wills and declare this to be my last and only Will In Witness whereof I have hereunto set my hand this Twenty seventh day of October One thousand eight hundred and eighty five.
Signed by the said Catherine Smith as her Will in the joint presence of us who in her and each others presence have hereunto subscribed our names as witnesses.
