Kennedy, age 88, formerly of Doylestown, WI, died on Thursday, July 17, 1986, at Columbia Manor in Wyocena. She was born on July 14, 1898, in the township of Ostego, to August C. and Augusta (Hein) Leistiko. She marri ed Leo J. Kennedy on February 16, 1926 in Doylestown, WI. She was a member of St. Patrick's Catholic Church and a lifelong resident of the Doylestown area. Survivors include one son, Lyle of Fall River; one daughter, Mrs. Marion Langsdorf of Por tage; a sister-in-law, Mrs. Elizabeth Doherty of Rio; a daughter-in-law, Clarabell Kennedy of Rio; 13 grandchildren; and 12 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, Leo, on October 27, 1976; six brothers; and four sisters . Funeral services were held on Monday, July 21, 1986 at 10:30 a.m. at St. Patrick's Catholic Church in Doylestown with Father Donald Beckius officiating. Burial followed in the church cemetery. Vangen Funeral home, Rio, was in charge of arrange ments.
