Hazel G. McMahon Hazel G. McMahon, 81 of Cornell, died Saturday at the Golden Age Nursing Home in Chippewa Falls. She was born the daughter of Clark and Florence (Harmon) Monroe on March 14, 1914, in Dallas, Wis. She married Victor McMahon on Fe b. 4, 1933, in Iron Mountain, Mich. Hazel and her husband owned and operated McMahon's Green House in Cornell. Hazel also had been employed at the Chippewa County Home in Chippewa Falls. After her husband Victor's death in 1985, she married Mill ard Berg on July 1, 1989, in Cornell. She is survived by her husband; four daughters, Florence (Rodney) Haroldson of Cornell, Alice (Joe) Quimet of Janesville, Colleen (Art) Danielson of Cadott and Cecilia (Dennis) Green of Cornell; two sons, Ja mes (Toni) McMahon of Spokane, Wash., and Gerald (Lorraine) McMahon of Eau Claire; one sister, Violet Huebener of LaCrescent, Minn.; one brother, Bud (June) Monroe of Hamstead, Fla.; 23 grandchildren and 11 great-grandchildren. Besides her firs t husband, Victor, she was preceded in death by one son, Eugene. Funeral services will be held at 2 p.m. Monday, Sept. 11, at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Cornell with the Rev. James Leschensky officiating. Burial will be in the Cornell Cemete ry. Friends may call from 4 to 8 p.m. today a the Borton Funeral home in Cornell and one hour prior to services Monday at the church.
