John Kehoe, 78, died on Saturday, March 20 at the Wyocena Manor. Mr. Kehoe was born in the town of Fountain Prairie on August 29, 1897 son of Thomas F. and Bridget Mallon Kehoe. He was one of eight children. He was a lifelong resident of the Doy lestown area farming for many years in this area, and he was also an employee of the Cambria Canning Co. for 23 years. On December 6,1921 he was married to the former Irene McMahon of Doylestown who survives along with 5 children, two sons, Erwi n of Doylestown and Thomas of Waukesha; three daughters, Mary Alice, Mrs. Stanley Stofflet of Doylestown, Betty Jane, Mrs. Russell Roberts of Rio, and Nancy Ann, Mrs. Raymond Drzonek of Doylestown. Also surviving are twenty-one grandchildren, fi fteen great-grandchildren, one sister Bernice, Mrs. Robert Provot of Doylestown, nieces, nephews and other near relatives. Funeral services were held on Wednesday, March 24 at 10:00 a.m. at St.Patrick's Catholic Church in Doylestown of which ha d been a lifetime member, with Father Donald Beckius officiating. Burial was in the parish cemetery. The rosary was recited on Tuesday evening at the Thompson-Kellogg Funeral Home in Rio. Six grandsons of the deceased acted as pallbearers, Willi am and Robert Kehoe; Stanley Jr. and Richard Stofflet, and Eugene and Michael Roberts.
