McMahon Victor J. McMahon, 75, Cornell, died Saturday, June 8 at his home. He was born Nov. 28, 1909 in Portage, the son of Cecelia (Callahan) and Stephen McMahon. Victor married Hazel Monroe on Feb. 4, 1933 in Iron Mountain, Mich. He worked a t St. Regis Paper Mill in Cornell for 33 years until his retirement when he started McMahon's Grain House in Cornell. Victor was a member of Holy Cross Catholic church in Cornell. Survivors include his wife; two sons, James V. McMahon of Colbert , Wash., and Gerald McMahon of Eau Claire; four daughters, Florence (Mrs. Rodney) Haroldson of Cornell, Alice (Mrs. Joseph) Quimet of Janesville, Colleen (Mrs. Arthur) Danielson of Cadott and Cecilia (Mrs. Dennis) Green of Rice Lake; one brother , Mark McMahon of Cornell; three sisters, Rose Olson and Helen Quinlan, both of Chippewa Falls, and Katherine Anderson of Cornell; 23 grandchildren and 7 great-grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, two brothers, and on e sister. A funeral service will be held10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Holy Cross Catholic church in Cornell. The Rev. Henry Lee will officiate. Burial will be in Cornell Cemetery. Friends may call from 4 to 9 p.m. Tuesday at Borton Funeral Home, Corne ll, where a prayer service will be held at 8 p.m
