      John McMahon Bloomer - John F. McMahon, 85, died Monday at Golden Age Home, Chippewa Falls. He was born in Madison and married Mary Tice Oct. 26, 1935, in Gilman. In 1942 they moved to the Bloomer area. He worked for the Chicago Northwestern Rai lroad for many years, retiring in 1966. Survivors include his wife; a daughter, Patricia Bischel, Bloomer; two brothers, Mark, Victor, both of Cornell; three sisters, Katherine Anderson, Cornell, Helen Quinlan, Rose Olson, both of Chippewa Falls ; and eight grandchildren. Services will be at 1 p.m. Friday at St. Paul's Catholic church, with burial in the North Catholic Cemetery. Friends may call from 3 to 9 p.m. Thursday at Driscoll Funeral Home, where a parish prayer vigil will be a t 8 p.m.
